Friendly and helpful staff, staff helped with organizing our luggage to be sent to our next accommodation. Clean and comfy rooms. Located 5-10 min walk from Akita station. Quiet are. Busy hotel always seemed to be people como g and going - most likely due to there being a public bath on-site.
